"And It was at the moment that I was enjoying the success of my professional career that I decided to drop everything and understand my Purpose, the 'why' I was doing what I was doing. After many years researching and developing methods that integrate Design Thinking, Human Development and Innovation, I nowadays dedicate myself into facilitating the Journeys of Individuals and Companies into discovering their own Purposes, and making them a Reality."

After taking my Business Administration degree from Boston University, and my Masters in Information Technology from Bocconi University in Italy, I have dedicated more than 17 years working in the areas of Innovation and Human Development all over the World.

I have accomplished great results in all companies that I have worked for, such as BankBoston, Telefonica, Accenture, as well as in Startups that became Multinational companies like Zumba Fitness, where I was CIO for 7 years, helping to turn a local business into a well stablished company with presence in more than 170 countries.

Today I offer my services as a Strategic and Innovation Consultant, Personal and Business Coach and Workshop Facilitator, using several techniques and methods of Mindfulness, Design Thinking and Human Development to discover and materialize my Clients’ Purposes.
